The Fargo-Moorhead Angel Investment Fund is an angel investment group headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota. As part of RAIN Source Capital’s RAIN Fund Network, we are able to share prospective deals with the entire network to collectively raise all or a good portion of capital companies are looking for. Our RAIN fund looks for equity investment opportunities in early to mid-stage private companies in the manufacturing, software or related technology sectors that have with high growth potential that are located in North Dakota and Minnesota.

The RAIN Fund Network

The RAIN Fund Network is a multi-state network of RAIN Funds that work with angel investors interested in supporting growing companies. RAIN Source Capital operates the RAIN funds bringing together like-minded angel investors to form individual RAIN funds, like the FM Angel Investment Fund, then provides these funds with a legal framework, templates, investment and due diligence processes, access to deal flow and investment capital.

As part of the RAIN Fund network, FM Angel Investment Fund is able to share expertise, deals and experiences between and among the RAIN Fund Network of angel funds to support growing companies.
